2507 stainless steel hot rolled plate
2507 stainless steel hot rolled plates, also known as Duplex 2507, are highly corrosion-resistant and high-strength stainless steel plates. It is a super duplex stainless steel grade with excellent properties including superior strength, exceptional corrosion resistance, and good weldability. These plates are produced through a hot rolling process, where the steel is heated above its recrystallization temperature and then passed through a series of rollers to achieve the desired thickness.

Excellent Corrosion Resistance: 2507 stainless steel hot rolled plates offer outstanding resistance to various corrosive environments, including chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion.
High Strength: These plates possess higher strength than conventional austenitic and ferritic stainless steels, making them suitable for demanding structural applications.
Good Weldability: 2507 stainless steel can be easily welded using common techniques, providing ease of fabrication and joining.
Duplex Structure: This steel grade has a balanced microstructure consisting of both austenite and ferrite phases, contributing to its exceptional combination of strength and corrosion resistance.
Wide Temperature Range: 2507 stainless steel maintains its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance over a wide temperature range, making it suitable for both high and low-temperature applications.
