Anneal

The rolled stainless steel strip needs to be annealed to eliminate the stress inside it and improve its structure and properties. In the annealing process, the stainless steel strip is heated to a certain temperature and held for a period of time, and then slowly cooled.

Surface treatment

The annealed stainless steel strip may require surface treatment, such as pickling, polishing, etc., to remove the surface oxide layer and improve its appearance quality.

Inspection and packaging

Finally, the quality of the stainless steel belt is inspected to ensure that it meets the relevant standards and customer requirements. The qualified stainless steel tape will be packed for transportation and storage.
